Check out these cool pairs of denim cutoffs that I made. The ombre ones on the left were a pair of black jeans that I cut. When you bleach black denim it turns orange, by leaving the shorts in different concentrations of bleach I was able to get the ombre effect. How cool right?
The shorts on the right were extreme dark wash, really dark denim. Instead of dipping in bleach, I sprayed the shorts. This saved me a lot of bleach and allowed me to focus in on areas where I wanted the shorts to get really light, like the pockets.
